At Jigsaw, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to feel heard, valued and supported.
Our organisation was founded on a simple belief: that local communities have the skills, compassion and strength to support one another. We know that life's challenges don't happen in isolation. Mental health, education, employment, family relationships and physical wellbeing are all connected, which is why we bring together a wide range of services under one organisation.
Working across Gloucestershire, we support children, young people, adults and families to live healthier, more connected and more independent lives. Whether someone is experiencing mental health challenges, social isolation, barriers to education or employment, or simply needs someone to walk alongside them, we provide practical, personalised support that helps people move forward with confidence.
Our approach is simple: we listen, we support, and we empower. Every person is different, so we take the time to understand their strengths, aspirations and circumstances. By building trusted relationships and working alongside people at their own pace, we help create lasting change, not just for individuals, but for families and communities too.
Whether we're supporting a young person with their mental health, helping a parent rebuild confidence, delivering youth activities, providing therapeutic support or offering accredited learning through Jigsaw Community College, our goal remains the same:
To help people feel heard, build confidence and create brighter futures.
At Jigsaw, we believe everyone has a place—sometimes you just need the right piece to make things fit.
Jigsaw was set up with the principles that the local communities has the capacity, skills and care, to support those that need it when we support each other. Jigsaw can be the missing piece in your wellbeing, health and care
To reduce the effects of poor health and socio-economic challenges on individuals and communitities by offereing community based services and guidance to lessen obstacles to education, employment, social involvement, and training.
Power in the hands of those who matter most - the people who give and receive care and support.
We aim to provide the best possible domiciliary care available that goes beyond simply meeting your basic needs.
We are an ethical, not for profit service and our vision is for everyone receiving and delivering care, families, staff and the wider community work cooperatively for the benefit and wellbeing of all.
Our approach enables us to work together with people to create a personalised package of care, which offers them the choice and control, protects dignity and gives opportunities to access the things that make life worth living.
